TOKYO, July 1 (Reuters) – The Nikkei can hold steady on Monday after the release of its biggest one-day rise in three weeks in the previous session, although most investors’ attention on the shore of Japan’s Tankan survey will be to assess the impact of government radical economic programs. Nikkei is likely to trade 13500-13750, strategists said, after jumping by 3.5 percent to a three-week high at 13,677.32 on Friday. The broader Topix index advanced 3.2 percent to 1
